Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! Contact us with your exchange request and we'll send you a free return label. Once we receive your return, we'll ship out your new size (subject to availability). Return shipping is always free!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery on all items, including personalised ones! Items must be unwashed and free from stains or marks. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our quality! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at contact@wattleandworld.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement immediately or provide a full refund—no need to return the defective item in most cases. We respond within 24 hours.

What are the onesies made of?
Our baby bodysuits are made from 100% soft, breathable cotton with a relaxed fit that's gentle on delicate skin.
They feature lap shoulders and leg openings that make dressing and diaper changes quick and easy—a lifesaver for busy parents! Each onesie is made on demand just for you, ensuring freshness and quality.
What are the shirts made of?
Our shirts are made from high-quality, heavyweight 100% cotton (preshrunk jersey knit) that supports ethical manufacturing practices. Some colors vary: Ash Grey is 99% cotton with 1% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton with 10% polyester, and Heather colors are a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend.
They feature a durable construction with a seamless double-needle collar, reinforced sleeve and bottom hems, and taped neck and shoulders for extra durability. The classic, relaxed fit makes them perfect for everyday wear.
How do I care for the onesies?
Machine wash warm (max 40°C or 105°F) inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Do not dry clean or iron.
How do I care for my shirts?
Wash in cold water with similar colors, tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the fabric and print quality. This will help maintain the shirt's look and feel for years to come.
