Made-to-Order Just for You

At Wattle & World, every item is made especially for you and your family! We use a print-on-demand model, which means your order is produced only after you place it. This allows us to offer personalised options and reduces waste—better for your family and our planet!

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Production Time: 2-5 business days (your items are printed and prepared)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5-9 business days from order placement to your doorstep

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING OVER A50! 🎉

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of A$9.07 and other countries can vary, but they should all be similar rates.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking! Once your items ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Keep an eye on your inbox—we'll keep you updated every step of the way!


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your family to absolutely love your Wattle & World apparel. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we've got you covered!

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item—whether it's personalised or not!

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must be free from stains and marks

What We Accept

Standard Items - Full refund or exchange within 30 days
Personalised Items - Yes! We accept returns on custom items too
Change of Mind - No worries! We understand shopping for clothing online can be tricky
Wrong Size - We'll help you find the perfect fit

What We Don't Accept

❌ Items that have been washed
❌ Items with stains, damage, or odours from use
❌ Items with tags removed (unless defective—see below)
❌ Returns requested after 30 days from delivery


How to Return Your Order

We've made returns easy and hassle-free:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at contact@wattleandworld.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return (helps us improve!)
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Step 2: We'll Send You a Return Label

Once we receive your request, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 hours. No cost to you!

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging (or any protective bag/box)
  • Attach the return label we sent you
  • Drop it off at your nearest post office or arrange collection
  • Send us the tracking number from your return label

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Quality matters to us! All our items go through quality checks, but if something isn't quite right, we'll make it right immediately.

Covered Issues:

  • Printing defects or errors
  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Wrong personalisation (our error)
  • Colour significantly different from what was shown (beyond normal print variations)

Not Covered:

  • Minor colour variations (printing is a natural process and slight variations can occur)
  • Errors in personalisation details you provided (please double-check spelling!)
  • Damage caused during or after use

What to Do:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email contact@wattleandworld.com with photos showing the issue
  2. Include your order number and a description of the problem
  3. We'll review and respond within 24 hours

Your Options:

  • Free replacement sent immediately (you keep the defective item)
  • Full refund including shipping costs
  • No need to return defective items in most cases

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We're happy to help!

How It Works:

  1. Contact us with your exchange request
  2. We'll check availability of your desired item
  3. We'll send you a return label for the original item
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll ship out your exchange

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge accordingly
  • Return shipping is free (we provide the label)
  • New item ships once we receive your return

Lost or Delayed Orders

Order Not Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact us at contact@wattleandworld.com
  3. We'll investigate with our shipping partner
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge

Damaged During Shipping?

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and the item
  • Contact us immediately with the photos
  • We'll send a free replacement

Important Notes About Our Print-on-Demand Process

Why Made-to-Order Matters:

Since we create each item specifically for you:

  • Please double-check all personalisation details (name spelling, design choice) before completing your order
  • Slight colour variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final product—this is normal in printing and not considered a defect
  • We cannot cancel orders once production has begun (typically within 24 hours)

  • Design choice
  • Personalisation spelling and spacing
  • Shipping address

Cancellations

Can I Cancel My Order?

Within 24 Hours of Ordering: Contact us immediately! If production hasn't started, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

After Production Begins: Unfortunately, since your items are being custom-made, we cannot cancel once production starts (typically after 24 hours). However, you can still return the items once received following our 30-day return policy.


Gift Returns

Ordered a gift that didn't quite work out? No problem!

  • Gift recipients can return items following the same process
  • We'll issue a refund to the original payment method, or we can provide store credit if preferred
  • Let us know if you'd like us to handle the return communication directly with the gift recipient
